ONE wallet by Postbank represents the newest iteration in mobile wallet technology, providing users with unparalleled freedom, sophisticated control, and seamless comfort in executing contactless payments. This innovative platform enables individuals to efficiently manage all Postbank-issued cards via their mobile devices, facilitating swift and secure NFC-based transactions. Additionally, users can engage in various financial activities like money transfers and loyalty card management within the app.
Upon registering for ONE wallet, clients can access a host of benefits, irrespective of their existing client status with Postbank:

<li>Integration with Apple Wallet for easy contactless payments</li>
<li>Complimentary digital card and account for each registered user</li>
<li>Seamless utilization of the digital card for payments, e-commerce transactions, and transfers</li>
<li>Contactless (NFC) payment support locally and globally with any Postbank card</li>
<li>Convenient top-up functionality for non-Postbank cards</li>
<li>Diverse options for quick money transfers, including mobile number-based transfers and IBAN support</li>
<li>Setup trusted payee lists for expedited transactions</li>
<li>Receive real-time push notifications for account activities</li>
<li>Enhanced security features allowing card block/unblock functionality and customized usage settings</li>
<li>Option to reorder cards per preference and add loyalty cards through scanning</li>

To start using ONE wallet:
<ul>
<li>Existing clients can log in with e-Postbank credentials or Postbank card details</li>
<li>New users need to follow a simple registration process that involves providing identification documents, a selfie, and PIN setup</li>
<li>Once approved, users can begin leveraging the full suite of ONE wallet features</li>
</ul>
For inquiries or support, individuals can contact Customer Service at 0700 18 555 or *7224 (for mobile providers) or via email at klienti@postbank.bg. The application is compatible with Apple devices running iOS 11 or higher.
Please note that while the service is accessible to existing Postbank customers and new able-bodied individuals possessing valid Bulgarian identity cards, it is exclusive to those not currently utilizing other banking services from the institution.
